Mnemba Island, dolphins, snorkelling, sea turtles
Sunrise on the boat, dolphins, the island's best reef, a sandbank and turtles in Nungwi.

Mnemba and dolphins. Around 6:00 we leave the hotel and sail into the crystal waters around Mnemba Island. The boat ride itself is special: sunrise over the ocean and dolphins that often follow the boats. Those who wish can jump in and swim near these remarkably sociable creatures.
Snorkelling on the coral reef around Mnemba — considered the best snorkelling spot in all of Zanzibar. Crystal-clear water, colourful shoals of fish and, with a bit of luck, even rays.
Sandbank. After snorkelling we stop at a sandbank that only appears at low tide. A flour-white beach in the middle of the ocean — perfect for photos and a moment of rest in turquoise water.
Lunch at Mujuni Beach: freshly grilled seafood, local style, followed by a 30-minute walk along the beach.
Sea turtles. To end the day we head to Nungwi to meet sea turtles — a chance to swim with them in a calm lagoon and see them up close.
