Nyerere (Selous) safari — 2 days / 1 night

Day 1: Safari along the Rufiji River. 6:00 hotel pick-up, flight to the Selous reserve and an open 4x4 safari along the river: elephants, buffalo, zebras, giraffes and countless birds coming to drink. Lunch in the wild. In the evening dinner and a night at Selous Ngalawa camp, in comfortable tents in the heart of the bush.

Day 2: Walking and boat safari. At 6:00 a two-hour guided walking safari — the scent of the savannah, animal tracks, nature up close. After breakfast, at 9:30, a boat safari on the Rufiji: hippos, crocodiles, water birds and, with luck, elephants at the water. At 15:00 transfer to the airstrip and the flight back to Zanzibar.
